Double Starr Indiana
BLM Mustang - foaled 2005
Indiana is a not so common dunalino color. He looks like a palomino but has a dun stripe, leg bars, mottled skin, and diluted bay markings. We adopted Indiana from the BLM auction in Jan. 2006 at the age of 9 months. I was looking for a black horse but somehow we connected. He has the body of a Quarter Horse cross, and the wavy mane and the movement and carriage of a Spanish horse. He moves very gracefuly under saddle as he shows off that Spanish influence.
